Your choice
Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. You can accept, reject non-essential use or manage the two optional categories separately. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change your decision at any time.
Necessary storage
The browser entry kho-consent-v1 remembers your consent choices for up to 180 days. It is local storage rather than a cookie and contains the categories, version and decision date. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice works for the current page session. Necessary use cannot be turned off in the preference panel.
A successful embedded form can set a temporary in-memory receipt so this site can show a confirmation. It is not a lead record, is not stored in a database and is lost when the page session is reloaded.
Analytics
If configured and you allow Analytics, Google Analytics can receive general page views and interaction events. Page paths are stripped of query strings and submitted property or contact details are not included. Optional campaign attribution may be stored in kho-attribution-v1 in session storage, which is cleared when the browsing session ends or consent is withdrawn.
Advertising
If configured and you allow Advertising, Google advertising measurement can be enabled. Ad click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid are only captured or forwarded with advertising consent. Google Tag Manager is loaded by this implementation only when both Analytics and Advertising are allowed; its published tags must also respect those choices.
No Google services load while their IDs are unconfigured. The exact provider cookie names and durations must be reviewed and added when the production services are selected.
Property enquiry form
The on-site property form works without allowing optional analytics or advertising. It does not load a Formspree or Google script. Formspree receives the enquiry when you submit it. If Formspree requires an additional security check, you can continue to its website to complete that check under its own privacy terms.
Only consented campaign attribution is included with the enquiry. Refusing optional cookies does not block the form or configured phone/email contact. If a different embedded form provider is configured later, its tracking and storage must be assessed separately before enabling it.
