Who is responsible
Kent Home Offer is preparing this website for public launch. The legal entity and controller contact details still need to be confirmed. The property enquiry form is connected to Formspree; submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry.
Information used for an enquiry
When the enquiry service is available, the form may request your property postcode or address, type, bedrooms, condition, occupancy or marketing status, preferred timescale and contact details. Your reason for selling is optional. Please do not provide detailed medical or private financial information.
Property enquiries are sent directly from your browser to Formspree, our form submission provider, for processing and delivery to the business. This website has no lead database and does not store completed lead records in the Next.js application. A random enquiry reference accompanies the submission; names, addresses and contact details are not included in website analytics events.
Before public launch, the business must finalise its retention schedule, provider processing arrangements and any applicable international transfer safeguards. Formspree’s own privacy information is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Why information is used
Enquiry details are used to respond to a request, assess whether a purchase is suitable and discuss a possible transaction. The business must confirm the applicable lawful basis and a proportionate retention schedule before collecting live enquiries. Enquiry information must not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Optional website measurement is governed by your consent choices. Analytics events use general actions and page types, not property addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses or reasons for selling.
Technical information and storage
The hosting service may process connection and security information such as IP addresses and request logs when delivering the website. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser to remember your choices. Optional attribution data is retained for the browsing session only when the relevant consent category is enabled.
Do not put contact details in links or query strings. Our attribution code excludes phone and email parameters and removes query strings from recorded page addresses. See the cookie notice for the categories used.
Your choices and rights
You can refuse optional tracking or change the decision using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional tracking from this site; it does not undo processing that already occurred.
Depending on the circumstances, data protection rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Direct a request to the confirmed business contact once the service opens. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
